SQ steam-water separator
Product features
SQ-type steam -water separator is a special piping accessory used to separate water from steam. The separator is fitted on the pipe before the steam inlet such as on a main steam pipe, a saturated vapor pipe before entering into the piping net or a steam pipe before steam turbine for the purpose of separating water from steam.
SQ-type steam -water separator is manufactured by our company based on Chapter 2, manufacturing of pipe devices of 《The Installation and Design Manual of Petroleum Chemical Engineering Piping System》. The d esign pressure is 1.3 Mpa and the design temperature is 300 oC. The separating area depends on the size of steam pipe and the customer can select any separator based on it. 1.The separating area of the series equipment depends on the size of steam pipe and the customer can select any separator based on it.
2.The connecting flange of the series equipment is based on HG20592-97 standard, flanges with other standards such as GB, SH, JB, ANSI, JIS can also be provided if the customer requests.
3.Material of the series equipment is Carbon steel. If customer requests stainless steel material, please note it during ordering.
