Applications
SLXF star discharge valve can be used for continuous and uniform allocation, transferring and unloading of material in chemical engineering, metallurgical, building and cereal grain processing industries, such as carbon black, sodium carbonate, cement, fertilizer, pesticide and wheat flour etc..
--High-effective transferring: The conveyor features small diameter and high rotary speed, pitch-variable spiral body that can guarantee smooth, uniform and fast feeding.
--Arbitrary arrangement: The shell of the conveyor made of stainless steel pile connected with flange features good rigid, it can transfer material at the case of horizontal plane and big declination and can be connected directly with related equipment without the need to make foundation, thus facilitating the operation of erection and movement and reducing space occupation.
--Fine lubrication: By applying labyrinth seal design and special PTM less-oil lubrication sliding bush, a concentrated lubricating system consisting of the oil pump, oil distributor and piping is formed in the conveyor, thus ensuring all parts fully lubricated and expanding the lifetime of the conveyor.
-- Reliable seal: Reliable lubrication seal without any leakage and waste of lubricating oil, thus creating good working environment. Through modification of the visual window, the conveyor becomes much better. Even in bad weather condition, the conveyor works well.
--Multiple element connection: The inlet and outlet can be connected with universal cardan joint，cloth bag and flange.
--Creative design: By importing special chain gear speed reducing machine with advanced design concept and advanced manufacturing process and QC guarantee system, the conveyor is characteristic of small volume, big bearing pitch and no oil leakage.Configuration of the system:
