1、FN-I fiber sintered cartridge
■Product features
FN-I fiber sintered cartridge, a tubular filter element, has been successfully initiated by our factory in China. The fiber sintered filter cartridge is made of special short fiber by adding some coherent slump and curing agent and formed by heating. All the specifications reach the level of similar foreign products such as micro klean III produced by US CUNO Company.
■Product features—— FN-1 fiber sintered cartridge with a unique progressive-tight structure, made with special sintering technology, is a real deep filtering equipment;
——Big flow rate, low filtration resistance, fine impurity acceptance, long lifetime;
—— Strong acid & base resistance，without fiber and grain phenomenon and secondary pollution.
——High mechanical strength, good self-support performance, without internal structural deformation caused by pressure;
——By special technology, two kinds of filter element, namely a hydrophilic and an oleophylic cartridge can be made to realize better filtering and hydraulic property.

2、FN-II linear fiber winded cartridge
■ Product features
FN-II linear fiber winded cartridge is made by winding textile fiber on a perforated framework. The filtering accuracy depends on the density of winded layer and the filter pore shape.
—— Capable of removing all kinds of soliquoid and grains in the liquid;
—— The filter pore features bigger outside and less inside for high–quality filtration;
—— With high dust-load filtering capability;
—— Multiple materials satisfy filtration of various liquors;
—— The filter element has good compatibility.
■ Product application
Suitable to the filtration of drinking water, lubricating oils, fuel oil and petroleum products, such as sulfolane，poor (rich) liquid, paint oil, printing ink, and C5~C10 products.

3、FN-III Polypropylene folded-type cartridge
■ Product features
—— The cartridge material is thermally formed with polypropylene, without any binding agent and harmful material to poison living beings.
—— High filtering efficiency, more than 90%;
—— Small filtering resistance without fiber dropping;
—— Non-luminous sensitivity;
—— Large filtering areas;
—— Capable of disinfecting treatment.

——Petroleum industry: Filtration and purification of liquid ammonia, natural gas, fuel oil and water injection to oil well.
—— Chemical industry: Filtration for organic solvent, grease, alcohol and acid and base
—— Foodstuff industry: Asepsis water filtration, oil filtering, container gas filtration;
——Pharmaceutical industry: Preparation of asepsis water, oral syrup, injection liquor as well as gas disinfecting treatment.
